At Home-Tech - Bradenton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently looking for reliable and friendly Customer Service/Member Relations Representatives to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a Customer Service/Member Relations Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Customer Service Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional Appearance
