The Relationship Specialist role is designed as an entry‑level opportunity that goes beyond a traditional bank teller. In this role you will learn the ins and outs of financial services and have the potential to advance as you gain new experiences. Our Relationship Specialists process cash transactions, open deposit, savings and credit card accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products. Most importantly, they build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Aptitude for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
- Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
- This position is in‑person. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores
- Occasionally travel between various Grow locations
- Participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required
