Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates for service work and explain the recommended services.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and provide updates on any delays or additional work needed.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure a smooth service process for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
