Guest Service Agent Job Description

Prime Vacations is a vacation rental management company with properties in Anna Maria, Holmes Beach. We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate to be the face of our organization when communicating with guests, providing solutions to issues, addressing guest concerns, and making sure our vacation homes are presentable and maintained at a high level.

You will also be our front‑line staff to communicate with guests, resolve issues, and provide five‑star customer service.

• Be able to multitask and prioritize multiple duties
• Take direction and communicate clearly
• Have a strong work ethic and a “go‑getter” attitude
• Detail oriented
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and think on your toes

• Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff, following up to ensure resolution of customer concerns
• Work with multiple departments to resolve issues
• Comply with all Prime Vacations standards and operating procedures
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sightsee

• Proven work experience in customer service or guest relations, with strong references
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish is a plus
• Must submit to background check
• Customer‑service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
• Ability to work full‑time and flexible hours, available to work weekends
• Veterans are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TRACK, Villa Control and Breezeway Software programs are a plus
