Responsibilities

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner, organize and manage seating, handle small talk, and keep our guests at ease during wait times. You will also answer phones and direct calls in a prompt and professional manner.

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
• Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
