A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues. Their role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
• Address complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform order entry, RMA, and other customer service functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Adapt to new processes and read between the lines to meet customer needs.

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, or 1 year if highly enthusiastic.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, organization).
• GED or equivalent education.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

• Salary: $20.00‑$21.00 per hour (range provided by Dexian; actual pay based on skills and experience).
