Receptionist Part Time

Firkins CDJR is seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist (Part Time) to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The hours are Monday thru Friday 5pm-8pm and Sunday 11am-4pm

• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the dealership
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and professional reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
