Bradenton Family & Implant Dentistry is looking for a highly experienced, confident, and dependable Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team! We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, is comfortable with a variety of dental procedures, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Assist the dentist with a variety of general and restorative dental procedures.

Perform expanded functions within Florida's permitted scope of practice.

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.

Use Dentrix for patient charting, treatment documentation, and clinical workflows.

Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and post-operative care.

Maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment.

Work closely with the dentist and team to keep the schedule running smoothly and support office production goals.

Extensive dental assisting experience required
, preferably in a fast-paced general dentistry practice.

Florida-recognized expanded functions training and credentials appropriate to the duties performed.

Strong clinical skills and confidence assisting with restorative procedures.

Ability to work independently, anticipate the dentist's needs, and stay organized.

Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

A dependable, positive team player who takes ownership of their role.

Implant dentistry experience is a plus!
