Interventional Pain Management Physician
Kreate Talent is partnering with a premier interventional pain management practice in Southwest Florida. Established over two decades ago, this organization provides advanced, minimally invasive treatments designed to relieve chronic pain and improve patients’ quality of life. The practice combines high-volume procedural care with compassionate patient management and is known for exceptional outcomes and a strong reputation in the community.
LocationsBradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Englewood (clinic only) and Port Charlotte, FL
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: Up to $500,000 annually
, based on experience and schedule - Bonus Potential: $50,000+ annually

- CME Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 annually
- Work Week: Monday through Friday, flexible hours

Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday - Includes 30-minute lunch and 30-minute administrative/dashboard time daily
- 3–5 procedure days per week
- Average 40–55 cases per 8-hour day
- Procedures performed under both local and general anesthesia
- Clinic Days: Remaining days dedicated to new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Support Team: Full clinical staff including RNs, CRNAs, MEDI Techs, CNAs, and mid-level providers
- Nerve Blocks, Epidurals, and Joint Injections
- BNB (Brachial/Peripheral Nerve Blocks)
- RF Ablation (Radio frequency Ablation) – 3 slots allotted
- Kyphoplasty / Hyperplasty – spinal procedures
- 1–2 hours per vertebra; complex cases up to 6 hours
- MILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression)
- Intracept and Joint Fusions
- Practice Environment:
Fully equipped MEDI Level L3 practice
- Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License
- Board Certified in Pain Medicine (ABPM or ABIPP)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship
- Residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology
- Minimum of 10 years of private practice experience with a proven operating room background
- Proficiency in performing advanced interventional pain procedures
- Prior experience with eClinical
Works (ECW) EMR system
