Orthopedics - Adult Reconstructive Physician

We are seeking a fellowhip trained Total Joints Orthopedic Surgeon to join three board-certified orthopaedic surgeons in a group of 130 physicians. Work 5 days/wk. 500+bed Level II trauma center for surgeries and call; other community hospitals optional. Average 30 patients per day/five in the hospital. Productivity-based bonus formula for all physicians; base salary plus bonus first two years; then partnership.

In-house state-certified laboratory, cardiology testing, nuclear testing, CT, PET, PET CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, DEXA, IV therapy, radiation therapy, blood bank. No capitated managed care contracts. Electronic medical records & PACS; clinical research department. Only two other dedicated joint surgeons in the community.
