• Teach regular academics for grades 6‑12 and address learning gaps due to curriculum variations.
• Work in an intensive inpatient residential program serving adolescents 11‑17 of military families.
• Maintain a student‑to‑direct care staff ratio throughout the school day and collaborate with on‑site psychiatrists, nursing staff, board‑certified behavior analyst, and therapists.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Florida teaching certification required (grades 6‑12).
• Evidence of ESE certification or ability to meet within 6 months.
• Knowledge of educational theories and classroom teaching strategies.
• Ability to work with multi‑level/multi‑grade students in a small class environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Commitment to facility mission and policies.
• Must pass Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA) and pre‑employment drug test.
