Mortgage Loan Officer
Full‑time hybrid role based in Bradenton, FL with some work‑from‑home flexibility.
The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients through the mortgage application process, evaluate loan applications, reference credit reports, and assess applicants’ creditworthiness. The role involves developing strong relationships with clients, real‑estate agents, and other stakeholders to guide them through mortgage options.
Qualifications- Proficiency with Loan Officers and a solid understanding of the Mortgage Industry
- Experience in Mortgage Lending and familiarity with Underwriting practices
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex financial documents with attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance standards and state regulations related to mortgage lending
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and mortgage industry tools is a plus
