MUST BE AVAILABLE SAT & SUNDAY and must have at least 16 hours per week
, including two shifts Friday–Sunday (because weekends = fabulous hair days).

• Provide amazing blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services that leave clients feeling fabulous and confident.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting clients warmly, consulting on their desired look, and ensuring they leave with a smile.
• Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal clientele.
• Recommend retail products by sharing your styling expertise with clients.
• Keep the shop looking beautiful by assisting with cleaning and maintaining styling stations, tools, and overall shop appearance.
• Be a team player, working collaboratively with stylists, bartenders (receptionists), and management.
• Stay trendy and trained by participating in ongoing training sessions.
• Promote Drybar services by upselling add-on services, memberships, and gift cards.
• Show up ready to work—arrive on time, prepared, and dressed to impress in Drybar‑approved attire.

Who are you?

• You have a current and valid Florida cosmetology license.
• You’re passionate about styling and finishing hair—think blowouts, braids, and buns!
• You deliver exceptional service and love making clients feel amazing.
• You’re a great communicator with a positive vibe and a team‑player attitude.
• You’re motivated, driven, and always ready to bring the energy (and the blow‑dryer magic)!
• You have a willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training to perfect your styling techniques and Drybar standards.
• You are available to work at least two shifts per week, with a minimum of 16 hours total, including at least one shift each Saturday & Sunday.
