Bradenton, FL

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and spot cleans floors. Cleans spots off walls.
• Dust baseboards, low vents, pictures on the walls, and decorations.
• Gather and dispose of trash, and clean wastebaskets, lighting fixtures, and door frames throughout the facilities. Clean air‑conditioning vents, baseboards, and window sills.
• Clean sinks and other plumbing fixtures; clean water coolers, microwaves, and replace disposables such as towels, soaps, and toilet paper. Clean window coverings and windows. Clean and polish mirrors. Dust tops of stall partitions.
• Report any mechanical failures or negative conditions to the Director or Charge Nurse.

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• At least 6 months experience in environmental services of commercial buildings and facilities preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to travel to various locations highly preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a sanitary and orderly medical environment. This position complies with infection‑control policies, OSHA guidelines and procedures in executing environmental services duties. The technician performs required environmental services activities for the maintenance of a clean surrounding.
