As a

• Model, Mentor and Inspire – Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring outstanding quality care.
• Use Cutting Edge Technology including Central Reach - Create high quality customized individual treatment plans to achieve client short-term goals while maximizing long-term results.
• Collaborate with Other Clinicians – Be part of a team of Clinicians who share your dedication, desire and common purpose of making a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
• Grow Your Expertise as a Clinician - Receive on-going training and support including internal and external CEU opportunities. (Annual $1,200 CEU Stipend Provided).

• Administrative support provided to maintain the clinical schedule that you request for the team to have in place.
• Ability to transfer to other Virtus Health locations based on availability.
• No evening or weekend work – working hours are Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
