Medical Assistant – Lakewood Ranch

Max Health is looking for a full‑time Medical Assistant to oversee patient care, prepare patient rooms, assist physicians with exams, and perform front desk tasks at our Lakewood Ranch location.

Starting Salary – $20.00 an hour.

Hours of Operation – Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Location – Palmbrush Trail, Lakewood Ranch.

As a Medical Assistant, you will greet patients, triage them upon arrival, prepare examination rooms, obtain histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements, and assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Administrative tasks include scheduling appointments and procedures, as well as managing pre‑authorizations, medical records, and test results.

• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy; experience using EMR/EHR systems.
