Carter Psychology Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist (preferred), Therapist, or Social Worker to join our growing behavioral health team in Bradenton, Florida. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in mental health counseling, clinical assessment, and crisis intervention; is comfortable working across age groups; and is especially interested in pediatric and family work within a collaborative private practice setting.
Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling utilizing therapeutic modalities such as (but not limited to) cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Facilitate behavioral health interventions for diverse populations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records incompliance with HIPAA regulations and document patient progress thoroughly.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy and assessment foradults
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Optional consultation and collaboration with colleagues

• Required
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work,Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Active (or license-eligible) independent license in Florida such as:
  • Licensed (Or License-Eligible) Psychologist ~OR~ LicensedLCSW.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to children,adolescents, adults, or families in clinical settings suchas private practice, clinics, hospitals, schools, ortelehealth platforms.
