Beverage Cart Attendant

The Beverage Cart Attendant serves food, beverages and snacks to club members and guests on the IMG Academy Country Club golf course.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards;
  Develops relationships with members and guests.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
• Speaks to members and guests with enthusiasm at all times.
• Stocking and restocking of cart items.
• Abides by golf course rules and regulations.
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and well‑stocked beverage cart.
• Communicates with Golf Shop and Outside Operations staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively operate computerized POS system and conduct credit card transactions.
• Assisting with special events as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Present a friendly, professional image.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of golf course procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to operate golf carts.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, push and pull equipment or boxes up to 40lbs.
• Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, stairs, etc.

• Requires a background check upon offer.
