Overview

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, floors, and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes and cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

• No prior experience required but training will be provided.

• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
