The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing residential units, common areas, health center rooms, and dining areas to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

• Cleans residential units, residents' rooms, and common areas (including stairwells) of assigned work areas.
• Sanitizes health center rooms after move‑out or before move‑in.
• Brings protectors to laundry area each day as needed.
• Maintains dining areas clean and sanitized at least twice daily.
• Cleans, dusts, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, and vacuums daily assigned work areas.
• Handles garbage removal, including biohazards removal as contracted by vendor.
• Performs cleaning duties and functions as contracted by independent residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one month related experience or training (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months working with older adults in a healthcare setting (desirable).
• Willingness to receive annual influenza vaccination during flu season.
