A global beverage company with a $3B portfolio—including some of the most iconic names in juice, functional drinks, and chilled refreshments—is hiring a Senior HR Specialist to support its Bradenton, FL manufacturing plant.

In this HR role, you’ll be hands‑on in supporting frontline operations and people leaders—managing employee relations, compliance, hiring, and performance programs that keep the plant running smoothly.

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to plant leaders and hourly team members
• Guide team members on policies, benefits, employee relations, and process questions
• Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations investigations and resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and internal policies
• Support staffing and onboarding efforts for hourly and salaried roles
• Assist in talent planning, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to culture, retention, and diversity‑focused programs at the plant level
• Support labor relations efforts, including grievance tracking and resolution where needed
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and data integrity

• 3+ years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or specialist level)
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable supporting hourly employees and supervisors
• Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
• Union experience (grievance handling, CBA familiarity) is a strong plus
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

• $35.00‑$40.00/hour
