Goodwill is looking for a Recruiting Specialist who is energized by building relationships, improving hiring processes, and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Extend offers and support onboarding through ADP
- Assist with new hire orientation (virtual or in-person)
- Maintain accurate, compliant hiring records
- Track vacancies and recruiting metrics
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and communities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- On-site Monday - Friday
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety-sensitive role requiring drug testing
- Evening/weekend availability as needed
