Onboarding Assistant

Position Summary
The People Operations Onboarding Assistant, Seasonal will support the onboarding team during a high-volume hiring period of February-June. This position works from our Bradenton, FL campus and plays a vital role in ensuring new team members are smoothly and efficiently onboarded while feeling welcomed and prepared to begin employment.

• Assist in execution of the pre‑employment and onboarding process for candidates, which includes employment verification, social media check, drug test, reference checks, etc.
• Monitor appropriate background sites for results and updates.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and managers, following up promptly when additional information is needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate candidate tracking information.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and other departments to ensure readiness for start dates.
• Assist with preparation, execution and follow‑up related to orientation.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company and legal standards.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with new team members and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring confidentiality.
