Job DescriptionProfessional, tactical, and strategic IT work requiring an incumbent to produce expert analytical and technical work products. The incumbent identifies and resolves complex problems and projects beyond the scope of lower‑level employees, including analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and production support.
Essential Functions- Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud Suite (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management), including configuration, administration, and integration across enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and automation within Oracle EPM applications via FDMEE, Smart View, and EPM Automate.
- Design, develop, and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions using Oracle EPM.
- Lead technical initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration between finance, IT, and business units to enhance decision support and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide advanced technical leadership, foster team spirit, and manage the work of others.
- Champion organizational change, challenge the status quo, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Manage customer expectations through Business Relationship Management and deliver service level commitments.
- Prepare and deliver verbal and written presentations to peers and executives at various organizational levels.
- Train and mentor colleagues and lower‑level employees as a subject matter expert.
- Expert‑level proficiency in database administration, network services, server administration, application design, solution lifecycle management, enterprise architecture, incident/problem management, configuration management, security management, financial management, service management, or related fields.
- Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience; or five (5) years with an Associate Degree; or three (3) years with a Bachelor’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; plus at least one (1) year of leadership experience.
- Valid Florida driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred: certifications in ITIL, EPAS, SDLC, PMBOK, or other IT governance.
- Proficiency in standard office practices, operating systems, personal computers, and software applications.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical solution analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to all organizational levels.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor, facilitate groups, and build effective work relationships.
- Self‑development of relevant job‑related skills and commitment to quality, ethics, and accountability.
