• Manage the company's contract database, including uploading contracts and tracking renewals
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate contract information and database functions
• Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements with guidance from legal counsel
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Support audits, document productions, and due diligence projects related to contracts

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or legal support
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and contract management platforms

• Experience with contract management platforms such as Docu Sign and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with healthcare-related legal processes and documentation
