Job Description Summary – Data Analyst, Strategy, Planning & Analytics
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Strategy, Planning & Analytics (SPA) team within Revenue Operations. This role will be instrumental in building the reporting, insights, and operational intelligence that drive our go-to-market strategy, territory and quota design, sales forecasting, and overall commercial performance across CoAdvantage and Prime Pay.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics models using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and financial forecasting, including trend analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking.
- Extract, map, and transform data from multiple sources (Salesforce, SQL databases, AS400/IBM Query, MVS, etc.) to support GTM strategy and operational decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver clean, accurate, actionable insights.
- Create specifications, data definitions, and documentation to ensure consistent metrics and reporting standards.
- Assist in the design and optimization of key Rev Ops processes, including pipeline analysis, quota/territory models, KPI development, and executive reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and presentations for leadership, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and strategic storytelling.
- Support training, enablement, and communication related to new dashboards or analytics capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, BI tools (Power BI), and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, data mapping, data validation, and building reporting specifications.
- Background in sales operations, sales enablement, or financial/operational analytics preferred.
- Experience with forecasting, month‑end close analysis, and sales performance reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, complex formulas, pivots, automations).
- Ability to work with legacy and modern systems.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

This analyst will play a critical role in establishing a consistent, data‑driven operating rhythm across Revenue Operations—strengthening forecasting accuracy, improving pipeline health, refining territory and quota models, and delivering insights that maximize sales productivity and growth.
