Enterprise Risk Associates is growing and looking for an experienced
Florida 4-40 licensed professional looking to grow and obtain their 2-20 license.
This is an opportunity to become a key member of a growing independent agency, manage client relationships, expand your insurance expertise, and contribute to agency growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving coverage challenges, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to better protect businesses and families.

Responsibilities- Manage and service commercial and personal lines accounts
- Review policies, renewals, endorsements, audits, and coverage changes
- Prepare and present coverage options and insurance proposals
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Follow up on renewals, service requests, policy changes, and account activity
- Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
- Assist with new business development and agency growth initiatives
- Deliver exceptional client service and account retention
- Property & casualty insurance experience required
- Independent agency experience preferred
- Applied Epic experience preferred
- Strong coverage knowledge and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- $27-$29 per hour based on experience
