Associate Attorney

Overview

Full-time, direct hire. Onsite in Bradenton. Candidates must be part of the Florida Bar. Salary: $100-120k + annual bonus. Full benefits + 401k with match. Boutique firm, general practice with a focus on business and corporate law. No billable hours requirement.

• The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
• Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain a strong commitment to client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active state bar license (Florida Bar required).
• Strong research skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus.
