A well-established legal team in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their collaborative group supporting both residential and commercial real estate transactions. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in real estate law.

• Draft and review closing documents, title commitments, and settlement statements
• Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and clients
• Maintain organized transaction files and track critical deadlines
• Assist attorneys with contract review and revisions
• Communicate with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Support attorneys with both residential and commercial real estate matters
• Conduct research related to property records, ownership, and legal compliance

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate law (residential or commercial)
• Familiarity with iManage is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
