The role is active, on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.
The Assistant General Manager provides stellar leadership to staff and exceptional service to guests. In the General Manager’s absence, you’ll assume responsibility and run the show. This isn’t your typical job; it’s way better.
Essential Duties- Generate & monitor center revenue: help develop financial operational plans/budgets, monitor performance, drive food & beverage sales, and review and control labor costs.
- Become an operational pro: floor management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective communication.
- Grow & guide your team: recruit, train, support management and staff, foster morale, provide developmental coaching, and address center‑level HR or loss‑prevention issues.
- Review center performance: manage multiple departments, conduct regular meetings with management team, review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly, and adjust action plans.
- Make guests priority #1: achieve and maintain overall guest service goals; resolve complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Drive food & beverage sales: oversee and expand food & beverage program, ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction, and foster a thriving sales culture.
- Remain flexible: work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Outstanding customer‑service pro, thriving in fast‑paced environments, highly attuned to guest experience, accountable, a strong team player, extraordinary problem‑solver, with at least a few years of management experience.
Desired Skills- 3+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food‑service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
- Strong team player.

- Knowledge of POS register systems.
- Solid communication skills.
- Typical entertainment environment: walk, bend, stand, lift objects with some assistance.
