* Must have experience in Civil construction or Marine Construction.

• Lead and manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks.

• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Support and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Track progress, monitor performance, and report updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Champion process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

•

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing or industrial operations].

• PMP certification or similar credential (preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
