Allegiance Construction is partnering exclusively with a well‑established general contractor known for delivering high‑quality multifamily and government projects across Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton for over 30 years. With two ground‑up multifamily developments set to break ground in March 2026, the role offers a chance to lead new large‑scale projects and help drive the company’s expansion.

• Lead ground‑up multifamily projects ($75m+ / 360 units in Bradenton, $100m+ / 400+ units in St. Petersburg) from preconstruction through close‑out.
• Drive the schedule, manage the budget, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as the primary interface with ownership and the design team, managing communication, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Plan, schedule, and control costs, developing and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Lead large‑scale multifamily developments valued at $75M–$100M+, focusing on quality, safety, and performance.
• Manage subcontractors from a project management perspective, overseeing scope coordination, contract compliance, change management, and performance.
• Align office and field teams by directly managing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, and overseeing superintendents responsible for field operations.
• Report directly to the Project Executive, providing clear, accurate reporting and proactive problem‑solving on complex projects.
• Leverage Procore for project management and documentation and Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.

• Mid‑Senior level experience in multifamily construction project management.
