Maintenance Manager - Corrugated Packaging
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations in a high-volume corrugated container manufacturing facility
. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.
- Oversee all maintenance activities for a corrugated packaging plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. >
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- 10+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a corrugated container facility
. - Proven expertise in corrugated packaging equipment and processes
. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
