Bringing Home the DoughIndustrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency is achieved by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with safety and quality standards being a top priority. They must possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, while being flexible and adaptable as they will be required to rotate job assignments throughout various areas of the bakery. Industrial Maintenance Technicians must have the aptitude and drive to seek and acquire ongoing training due to ever-evolving technological improvements and performance standards.
PositionResponsibilities
- Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices
- Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.)
- Perform other duties deemed integral to the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
- Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and other equipment
- Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus
