As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards and state and specialty practice standards. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, compassionate care following models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our vision, mission, and values for an outstanding patient experience and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care thoroughly and timely.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and respond to adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, translating complex terminology as needed.

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure; active FL RN license within 60 days if holding a compact license.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, interpersonal skills, ability to read and follow instructions, PC skills.
