Join Innovative Renal Care as a Registered Nurse, providing high quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient and building relationships with patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the dialysis unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management and home care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute. - Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg nursing experience preferred.
