Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager assumes 24‑hour responsibility in directing and coordinating the clinical activities and operations of the Unit. The Nurse Manager directs, supervises, and evaluates the performance of the nursing staff, contributes to the development of a fully qualified and continuously improving staff, supports work redesign and quality improvement within the department, plans and administers the annual budget in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, integrates evidence‑based practice utilizing the nursing process, and demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Minimum of two (2) years of acute‑care experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years progressive management experience
- BSN required
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
