• Adhere to the time and attendance policy as written in the employee handbook.
• Be able to float to alternative locations as instructed by your supervisor, with short notice to ensure adequate site coverage.
• Provide vital signs, interview the patient/family, and chart. Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of patients and peers.
• Maintain positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, and peers.
• Ensure provider’s orders are directed to the various appropriate departments.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, removal of sutures, etc.
• Complete medication and DME authorizations for patients in a timely manner.
• Knowledgeable in walk‑in triage and interventions regarding patients’ age under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Leader.
• Know all medical forms (PE, work excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.)
• Know patient‑specific reports and logs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ordered medications and immunizations and their appropriate route of administration.
• Adhere to the medication administration policy.

• HS/GED required.
• Current LPN license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing.
• MA certification is a must.
• 1+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
• Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors.
• A positive can‑do attitude.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
