Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Evening Shift with $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation in Bradenton, Florida. As a leader on our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care to our residents while supervising and mentoring our nursing staff.

• Provide indirect patient care and supervision to nursing staff on the evening shift.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and effective communication.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality assessments and implement quality‑improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Prior experience as an RN.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
