Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, a 120‑bed rehabilitation and nursing center located in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary and a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Base pay range: $26.00/hr – $34.50/hr, based on skills and experience.
• Sign‑on bonus: $4,000.

• Provide direct patient care to long‑term care residents and short‑term rehabilitation patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, medical conditions, and changes in condition.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

• Licensed as an LPN in the state of Florida.
