Organizes, operates, and supervises the material distribution area and its related functions and systems in an efficient and effective manner. Selects, develops, supervises and evaluates department staff; prepares department records, reports (financial, personnel):
Maintains current written policies and procedures; coordinates the storage and delivery of supplies and equipment on a scheduled basis. Maintains accurate records (inventory); assist with the maintenance of adequate levels of supplies to meet patient care demands; establishing and maintaining quality control standards in the department; assist in the evaluation of supply/equipment as needed and seeing their proper and related functions.

• Provides professional leadership and support
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum High School Graduate with college background in Business Administration and personnel and inventory management.
• Minimum 3-5 years hospital supplies experience required.
