Job Summary & Qualifications

As an LPN/LVN at HCA Healthcare, you’ll collaborate with RNs and the care team to deliver high‑quality, personalized care in a home setting, promoting patient independence and well‑being.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing nursing care in the home, including wound care, medication administration, and support during procedures.
  • Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly to support safe, continuous care.
  • Monitoring patient status and alerting the care team of any changes to ensure timely, coordinated responses.
  • Educating patients and families to support medication adherence, strengthen understanding of health conditions, and promote greater independence at home.
  • Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver high‑quality, personalized care in the home setting.
Qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Valid LPN/LVN license.
  • Vocational school graduate.
