PositionSummary
The Nurse Manager assumes 24‑hour responsibility in directing and coordinating the clinical activities and operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab & Cath Lab Holding. The Nurse Manager directs, supervises, and evaluates the performance of the nursing staff, contributes to the development of a fully qualified and continuously improving staff, and supports work redesign and quality improvement within the department. The Nurse Manager plans and administers the annual budget in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
The Nurse Manager integrates evidence‑based practice utilizing the nursing process and demonstrates service excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
- Full‑time days Nurse Manager position over Cardiac Cath Lab and Cath Lab Holding
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, required
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive management experience, required

- BSN degree, required
- Master’s degree, preferred
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
