Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Friday - Weekend Work: 1 weekend rotation a month

- Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, providing care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Follows plan of care and collaborates with a Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status.
- Utilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- LPN (Registered Nurse) License
- Driver's License – State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
- Associate's or Diploma Nursing (Required)
- 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
- 1 year Home Care experience
