Role DescriptionBradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in full-time roles as Registered Nurses (RNs), House Supervisors, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). These on-site positions, based in Bradenton, FL, involve providing high-quality patient care, facilitating treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Day-to-day tasks vary by role and may include delivering medical care, managing patient documentation, supervising nursing staff, and assisting patients with daily living activities.
Qualifications- For RNs:
Active Registered Nurse licensure, knowledge of patient care procedures, and ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively. - For CNAs:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification, ability to assist patients with daily living activities, and strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care. - For House Supervisors:
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to oversee and guide nursing staff. - Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, regardless of role.
- Experience in rehabilitation or acute care environments is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and patient-centered care environment.
- CPR or BLS certification is required for all roles.
