This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes
• Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy
• Work under direct supervision according to the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care
• Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information
• Implement patient/resident plan of care and evaluate response per state regulations
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations per state regulations
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices)
• Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all information

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years prior nursing experience preferred
