About the RN Registered Nurse Role:
As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Our state-of-the-art facility and trained staff ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and we are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
- Perform routine vital signs, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed
- Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and preventive measures
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
