Aquatic Technician - PT

Overview

We are currently seeking technicians that enjoy working independently outside, can communicate well with customers, and take pride in their work. The qualified Aquatic Technician will treat and maintain lakes, ponds, and other bodies of water for a variety of customers. Potential for full-time for the right candidate. Compensation: $23-$25/hr.

• Treat and maintain lakes, ponds, and other bodies of water for a variety of customers.
• Work independently outdoors and communicate well with customers.
• Follow detailed instructions; be willing to learn, grow, and be flexible with work days.
• Be willing to hire and train the right candidate, with potential for full-time for the right candidate.

• Ability to read and interpret herbicide labels, operating procedures, and safety rules.
• Good time management, organizational and communication skills; highly motivated to work on their own.
• Physical strength and agility to operate equipment in outdoor environments, on or near water, with heavy vegetation, uneven terrain, wildlife, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work outdoors and use equipment such as boats, all-terrain vehicles, trucks and other assigned equipment or vehicles.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record; eligible to use company truck during work hours.
