Full-Time Bartender – Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch

Esplanade Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic, service-minded Full-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is based at our Bahama Bar, a vibrant outdoor bar and grill open seven days a week, serving members and guests in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve beverages consistently according to club standards
• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup/breakdown
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods
• Accurately process member charges and maintain compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
• Current alcohol service certification preferred
