This position is with an independent franchisee and not McDonalds USA. The franchisee is the employer responsible for employment matters. McDonalds USA has no involvement in employment decisions.

• Lead shifts weekly to provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonalds standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
• As a Shift Manager, contribute to Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Scheduling, and Training.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment and maintaining a positive attitude.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
